If you didn't catch it earlier, my name is Brad Howard and up until recently, I've been pretty content

I finally get another call in the morning after a night of severe unrest.  I might as well have been
popping No Doze the night before.  

It's my mom again and she's saying that everything should be fine.  They found out that he had high
blood pressure and that's what caused the stroke.  Now, of course... I know the real truth... my dad's
overweight... and has been for quite some time.

The problem...
the whole reason you are getting to read this right now... resides in the fact
that he kept having trouble dropping the weight... even after the stroke.

I just didn't understand why some people had so much success with weight loss... while others utterly
died fatter than they were when they started...
Why?
Well, I can tell you that I wasn't satisfied asking "why"?  Being the avid researcher that I am, I literally
absorbed myself in books and cutting edge information for
4 straight years trying to discover what I
