Controversial

In leading up to the launch of the Adonis Effect on Tuesday, March 4th at noon EST… I wanted to show you guys a video that outlines one of the main points of emphasis that the program is based on…

The Golden Ratio.

If you’ve downloaded the free sample, you’ll know what I’m talking about… if not, get it here:

The Adonis Effect Total Transformation Program

This is an awesome video that you’ll learn a lot from.

More educational info coming tomorrow…

Okay… this is starting to get interesting.

I’d love to see this when I comes out. So now, it’s CORN that’s making us fat.

Hmmmm.

I get the corn syrup. Apparently, though, corn is all in our foods in one way or another.

I guess it’s because it’s what we feed chicken and cattle (I think).

Check this out… I’d love to know what you think.

I want you to check this video out really quickly… it’s pretty popular online and I want to make a few comments on it.

First, you’ll notice that the whole basis of this workout should be based on interval training. But, in fact, it’s a little more like circuit training than any thing else.

Here are a few things that could be improved upon… (read after the video)

Okay, let’s get going:

Number One: The whole target heart rate zone is really worthless when it comes to fat loss. It’s just not aggressive enough to influence EPOC.

Number Two: This isn’t really interval training. In other words, there’s really no change of pace. No fast, then slow, fast, then slow.

I know I talk about interval training a lot when it comes to your fat loss… just remember, just because it SAYS interval training doesn’t really MEAN that it’s interval training…

Of course, if you’ve read the Fat Loss Black Book… you’d already know that :)
