How many people finally get on a roll in life only to have that momentum stop because they change what they are doing?

I see it all the time.

When it comes to molding your body, the conventional advice out there is to keep changing and to always keep the body guessing. However, if you’ve found something that is working for you… I say ride it until you aren’t changing anymore… then switch up.

I truly feel that many people give up on what’s working for them because they either try to get too aggressive or they try to follow their latest guru that says “Change is GOOD”.

Well, it is good… when used at the right time.

The one thing about constant change in your workouts is the possibility of a lack of focus.

For many people, it takes time to focus in on what they are doing…

Some people also give up on what’s workout because they see something that MIGHT work better for them.

Now, I’m not the type of person to tell you not to experiment… but I’d wait until after I’ve began to plateau before I worried about change.

Don’t Stop Me Now” should ring in your head every time someone gives you advice that may run counterproductive to your own results.

Don’t Stop Me Now” should shout itself to you when you run into claims that seem just a little bit far fetched.

Don’t Stop Me Now” should sing to you when your friends and family are being negative towards you because they just don’t understand.

Listen, get comfortable in your own skin and do what seems right FOR YOU. Sure, try to get the best advice possible, but don’t get down on yourself if it doesn’t work for you.

Remember, the human body is an enigmatic machine. Some things that work for some people, might not work for you… and vice versa.

Remember that when you reach a sticking point or are thinking of changing things up prematurely…
