It’s post Thanksgiving and the New Year is right around the corner…

Now, I’m not one to get into the big New Year’s resolution hoopla but I do know that many people are. I do have a few “Tools” that you can use on a daily basis to help you out.

Not only that, but Tom Venuto has sent me 4 brand spanking new articles… I’ll post one per day over the next 4 days. These articles are extremely well researched and just goes to show how “in depth” he goes in his material.

Recipe of the Day

Every day, a new healthy recipe gets “pumped” into this site courtesy of Chad Tackett’s global-fitness.com. You could put together your own little personal recipe book jammed with never before seen meals and desserts. If you need an idea for dinner, make sure to check it out.

Fit Tip of the Day

Another plus courtesy of global-fitness.com. It’s just like it sounds… nutrition tips, workout tips… you name it. There’s a different one every single day.

Subscriber Downloads

Lots of free material here courtesy of Will Brink, the author of Fat Loss Revealed. Subscribers get a username and password to download all 4 books.

Found Money

I was goofing around one day and found a few sites that will actually pay you to take surveys. They are free to join and you can earn anywhere from $1 to $50 per survey completed. I know that this really doesn’t mix in with the whole “health and fitness” thing but I couldn’t resist telling you about a good thing.

Survey notices are emailed to you and you can unsubscribe to the notices at any time. Depending on your free time, they are worth a try… however, I’d register with all of the sites in order to maximize the amount of surveys that will be available to you.
