Health Clubs - Consumer Mistake Number One

With the New Year coming in, millions upon millions flock to health clubs to try and fulfill their fitness goals. However, for most people, the priority of how they choose a health club can leave them set up for failure.

But what should people look for in a health club or gym?
Number one… about anything else, you need to look for a place that is ultra convienient.
Studies show that if you aren’t within 3 miles of a health club, your usage rate drops dramatically on average. So, in saying that, make sure that your first options are within 3 miles drive of EITHER work or home (preferably home).
Don’t worry about anything else yet. Remember, if is not convienient, it doesn’t get used…
