Yeah its a little tricky to pick out different types of protein powders. I take one that was recommended by the bodybuilding forums, which is made by Optimum 100%. The powder is really good and it helps me build up my body and lose weight.

It’s pretty awesome having nutrition as my life. I always tell people when they ask me what kind of supplements to take. Start with the basics and get some whey protein as a body building supplement then if you want, try an EFA stack for weight loss. As always throw in a multivitamin.

Nice vid. There’s a lot of crap products out there and the inexperienced among us can often be taken for a ride. Well done for highlighting this.
I seem to chop and change every time I need a new tub and I can certainly tell the good from the bad.
