The Death of Aerobics
Posted by Brad under Fat Loss
If you’ve been doing any long term cardio (more than 45 mins at a time) or aerobics for your fat loss…
You’ve been going in the wrong direction!
Of course, many people silently have known this to be true… however… they get into the habit of thinking…
“Well, it’s not working… I just need to do MORE cardio”
Hello, McFly…
Are you serious?
How many times have you wondered why you aren’t losing any body fat?
Well, I have a new report that’s coming out next Tuesday that is going to explain it all to you…
It’s called “The Death of Aerobics and Steady State Cardio”…
And, it just might be the most important manuscript you read this year if you are trying to lose nagging body fat.
On another note, you may have noticed that I’ve pulled “Weight Loss Black Ops” from the shelves.
Yep, it’s getting an overhaul and will be relaunched in January. If you have a copy already… don’t fret… you’ll automatically receive your updated copy via email just like I promised.
More top notch stuff has been added and I have a few more surprises as well…
Along the lines of new stuff, I am currently working with a company that has a software package that will print out your workouts for you each day… TAYLORED EXACTLY TO YOUR BODY TYPE AND PARTICULAR GOALS!
I’ve used it in clubs before and it’s an awesome system.
Just think, no more wondering what you are going to do each day… you just print it off and get going.
It even changes your weights when you’ve advanced beyond where you are now.
Hot stuff… I think I am going to be able to let you all have access for under 10 bones per month…
Considering that personal training is usually somewhere around $500/mo… this will be a complete steal.
Don’t forget that the Tom Venuto special ends tomorrow as well… lots of great information there.

Let me leave you with this “parting shot”
Quit trying to exercise and diet to look a certain way.
You’ll have must better success if you can actually
“train” for something. Train to run faster, lift more…
whatever.
Give yourself another goal other than “Losing 5 lbs”.
Think about it this way…
Every single person should be able to save his or her
own life…
If someone was chasing you… could you run 200 yards
without stopping… could you jump a fence… would you
have the strength to fend off someone for a few seconds
while help arrives…
Think about that for a minute…
In certain situations, it’s up to you to save your own
life…
The question is:
“Can I save my own life?”
In Health,
Brad
