What Is It About Time Management and Weight Loss?
Brad Howard
How many people have you heard lately than blame all of their fitness problems on not having enough time?
Can we concur that most of these people DO understand the value of fitness and healthy eating?
I’d say so.
In fact, most people will agree with you when you say that they need to look at their diets and workouts a little more closely.
It’s all about prioritization.
Anyone that’s read the 7 Habits of Highly Successfull People understand that every single one of your daily duties can be broken down into 4 possibilities.
- Urgent/Important
- Not Urgent/Important
- Urgent/Not Important
- Not Urgent/Not Important
If you are having problems with the time management portion of exercise and weight loss, take a look at how you are spending your time.
Exercise and diet for most people falls into the Not Urgent/Important catagory.
Many times, the things that control our days fall into the Urgent/Not Important catagories. The reason being that most people REACT to these situations before they even think about them.
Do yourself a favor and look over your day. If you aren’t spending a good amount of time on the Not Urgent/Important catagory, you need to realign yourself to start doing so.
This is the land of personal growth.

A question keeps arising, if metabolism is spurred by aerobic exercise, which means more oxygen being used by the muscles, would/could the process be accelerated by the use of hydrogen peroxide? (More oxygen = more metabolism. Food grade 35 percent H2O2, about 20 drops in a half cup of juice, can be drank or diluted to 3.5% and breathed from an atomizer. What do you think? Would the muscles work easier with the increased oxygen, use up more calories and cause higher metabolism? = MORE FAT LOSS? Anyone have some thoughts on this?
