Working Out Is For The Birds

How many times have I heard that in my lifetime?
In fact, if I had a dollar for every time I’ve listened to that phrase fall out of someone’s mouth… well… I wouldn’t be writing this as we speak…
… or would I
You know, sometimes it’s tough to get yourself going… I realize that. But… you have to remember that it’s the tortoise that wins the race.
Consistently doing a little bit… like 15 minutes of interval training per day… is going to get you more results than you running 8 miles, once per week.
Try to get on some sort of schedule. Pencil it in as an appointment. Do what you have to do to make it happen.
It’s not a tough thing once you get going… it’s just tough to get started once in a while.
